skilled workforce and supporting employers with a sustainable talent pipeline. By utilizing recruitment and training strategies, AMI-SD helps prepare individuals to become productive, job-ready employees in less than one year.
Our programs and services are ideal for people who are:
- unemployed, underemployed, or career-shifting individuals;
- actively seeking entry-level and mid-level precision-machining roles within the advanced manufacturing sector; and
- prefer accelerated, hands-on, real-world, direct training in a positive, professional, and supportive environment
