ADVANCED MANUFACTURING INSTITUTE SAN DIEGO (AMI-SD)
We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to educating, training and connecting individuals with the skills, credentials, and competencies necessary to access quality high-wage and in-demand advanced manufacturing jobs in the region.
Since 2014, we provide no-cost, tuition-free advanced manufacturing job training programs for individuals seeking to enter the advanced manufacturing career pathway, and address the skilled labor shortage in manufacturing.
We partner with industry employers, government agencies and community-based organizations across San Diego to serve a diverse range of individuals, including women, veterans, the unemployed, and underemployed, equipping them with the skills and opportunities needed to build brighter futures.
